Our onsite San Ignacio restaurant and bar is open seven days a week for breakfast lunch and dinner and has a unique and delicious menu of Mayan and Caribbean inspired cuisine. All our meals are made from organic, farm fresh, quality ingredients and prepared the way you like it by our resident chef.
Breakfast is served at 7 am and offers a range of American and Belizean style dishes including a selection of fresh local fruits, eggs & omelets prepared your way, and freshly squeezed juices.
Lunch is served at 12 pm and offers daily specials of local and Caribbean inspired meals made with farm fresh and organic vegetables and meats.
Dinner is served at 5 pm and is a 3 course meal skillfully prepared by our chef with an appetizer, entrée and dessert. Vegetarian options are available.
The bar offers an array of local and imported wines, beers & spirits and is open for as long as you like. Refreshing and healthy fruit juices & fusions are also available and made fresh daily.
We provide our guests with personalized service and attention, and cater to individual dietary needs for each meal.
Guests can enjoy their meals either on the hardwood deck with a view of the river and tropical trees or indoors in our intimate dining area.
