Reservation Deposit & Cancellation Policy at Mahogany Hall Boutique Resort
Reservation Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of reservation total is required to hold both accommodations space and guides on all reservations. No accommodations space or guides will be held without receipt of deposit. Full pre-payment is due at Mahogany Hall Boutique Resort 90 days prior to arrival.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Prior to 90 days 100% of deposit may be transferred to another date/guest. Between 45 – 90 days 50% of package may be transferred to another date or guest. Less than 45 days may not be transferred or refunded. All cancellations have a $100 processing fee per guest.
All Prices are quoted in US dollars. We accept BZ cash, US cash, US travelers cheques, Visa and Master Card. Credit card slips are written in Belize dollars using the exchange rate of 2.07.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing, preferably by email. Telephone cancellation must be immediately followed up by a written confirmation in order to valid. Prior to 90 days 100% of deposit may be transferred to another time/guest. Between 45 – 90 days 50% of total may be transferred to another time or guest. Less than 45 days may not be transferred or refunded. All cancellations have a $100 per person processing fee.
Any unused portions/services of packages are non-refundable. This includes; accommodations, meals, tours and transfers.
Please note that Mahogany Hall Boutique Resort cannot guarantee that the entrance/guide fees applicable to tours included in your package will not change since we have no control over these. In events of such we reserve the right to adjust prices upon check out.
We accept Visa and Master Card credit cards at no additional costs in Belize dollars with the exchange rate of BZ$2 to one US dollar. However, your credit card company may have additional charges for foreign transactions such as credit card, foreign exchange rate bank charges which they charge you directly. We have no control over these additional charges. We charge only total amount authorized by you.
Mahogany Hall Boutique Resort strongly recommends travel insurance to all visitors to Belize.
