Booking

A deposit of 30% of total amount is required when a reservation is confirmed, must be paid within 7 days and full payment 45 days prior to arrival date.
If a booking is made 60 days before date of arrival, payment is due in full at the time of confirmation.
Your credit card will be charged at the time of confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation for which payment has not been received.
Mahogany Hall Reservations accepts the following credit cards: VISA or MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation must be submitted in writing preferably by email. Telephone cancellation must be immediately followed up by a written confirmation in order to be valid.
All deposits will be refunded in full, less 20% of the total for processing fee, if we receive written notice 45 days or more prior to arrival date.
No deposits will be given for cancellation received less than 45 days prior to arrival date.
For any postponed reservation that has been confirmed, a $15 US administration fee will charged per change per room.
There will be no refunds within the cancellation periods due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest, no shows, early departures or late arrivals, unused portions of accommodation or acts of God. including hurricane.

Mahogany Hall Resort strongly recommends travel insurance for all visitors to Belize.
